AMAD Inc
Based in the United States of America (Reno, Nevada), Advanced Materials and Devices (AMAD) develops field-deployable blast measurement technologies for defense, law enforcement, and research applications. The OmniBlast® family includes compact, high-speed, direction-independent air and underwater sensors designed to capture blast-overpressure data accurately from all directions.
OmniBlast® Air+ (US Patent #: 12,000,747) uses five time-synchronized pressure channels sampled at 400 kHz per channel. The compact, rechargeable sensor stores more than 5,000 blast events and supports USB-C, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Wi-Fi connectivity. AMAD also operates an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited mechanical testing laboratory and develops magnetorheological shock- and vibration-management technologies.
